Thank you for choosing platform94.com. We offer various membership subscriptions and hot desk/co-working/room rental services. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

Membership Subscriptions

- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, you may cancel your subscription, but a refund will not be issued.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days of the cancellation request.

- Renewals: Automatic renewals will occur unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We will send a reminder email 7 days before your subscription is due to renew.

Hot Desk Services

- Booking Cancellation: If you need to cancel a hot desk, co-working or room rental booking, please do so 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

- No-shows: Failure to cancel within the specified time or not showing up for your booking will result in the full fee being charged.

- Refunds: Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within 30 days to the original method of payment.
